Benefit Cost Analysis – Recreation Values White Paper

iWI been working with the Red River Watershed Management Board to conduct benefit cost analysis as part of the Natural Resources Conservation Service Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP). 
There are 19 Watersheds in the Red River Basin conducting small watershed planning processes (Public Law 566) as part of RCPP. The alternatives developed thru these planning efforts to determine if they are eligible for federal costs share.
