Chuck is the Executive Director of the International Water
Institute. He holds a Master’s of
Science Degree in Natural Resources Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in
Science and Mathematics from North Dakota State University. Chuck is passionate about working with local
resource managers and practitioners to develop and implement applied watershed
research and education initiatives in the Red River of the North Basin. His primary professional interests are to
empower managers to implement defendable solutions to the region’s natural
resource problems.
If you stop by the office, and Chuck is not in, he’s
probably out hunting. In addition to
loving being outside, he greatly enjoys spending time with his wife and two
daughters.
