On March 15, 2017, the International Water Institute hosted the 22nd Annual River Watch Forum at the University of Minnesota, Crookston. Highlights from the day can be found below.
Our keynote speaker for the day was Mike Jacobs, who was editor of the Grand Forks Herald during the major Red River flood of 1997.
